Health Guarantee and Puppy care
Veterinary Health Assurance
The seller guarantees that the puppy is in excellent health at the time of sale. Before leaving for its new home, the puppy will be examined by a licensed veterinarian, receive a clean bill of health, and complete an age‑appropriate deworming protocol.

Health Warranty
A one‑year health warranty begins on the date of purchase. This warranty covers fatal or life‑threatening congenital conditions, including but not limited to:

Severe hip dysplasia

Cardiac abnormalities

Renal or hepatic dysfunction
-
Pancreatic defects
-
Spinal malformations

Warranty Exclusions
The health warranty does not cover conditions commonly associated with bulldog breeds, including:

Cherry eye
-
Entropion
-
Hip dysplasia
-
Skin allergies
-
Hernias
-
Elongated soft palate
-
Collapsed nostrils
-
Hearing or vision impairments
Additionally, the warranty excludes:
-
Parasites, bacteria, viruses, giardia, or environmentally related illnesses

Allergies, autoimmune disorders, demodectic mange, or related dysfunctions
-
Injuries or conditions resulting from accidents, neglect, or improper care
The seller is not responsible for any veterinary or medical expenses incurred after the puppy leaves their care.

Buyer Care Responsibilities
The buyer agrees to provide appropriate veterinary care, including vaccinations and deworming as recommended by a licensed veterinarian. Until the puppy is fully vaccinated (minimum 16 weeks of age), the buyer must avoid exposing the
puppy to high‑risk public areas such as:

Dog parks
-
Public grass or shared outdoor spaces

Pet stores
-
Veterinary clinic floors (unless the puppy is held on a clean blanket)
The buyer also agrees to:

Supervise the puppy around water to prevent drowning
-
Provide clean living conditions, fresh water, high‑quality food, and a safe resting area
-
Protect the puppy from injury, loss, theft, neglect, abuse, and hazardous environments
-
Use caution when visiting dog parks, especially given the puppy’s value and vulnerability
This agreement emphasizes responsible ownership, proper care, and clear limitations of the health guarantee.
Terms & Conditions
French Bulldog Purchase Agreement
1. Pricing, Deposits & Registration

Puppy price and color are determined by the individual selection.
-
A $1,000 non‑refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy and secure placement in line.
-
Puppies are sold with AKC Pet Registration unless full registration is separately agreed upon.​

2. Health & Veterinary Care (Seller)
-
The puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale.
-
Prior to departure, the puppy will be examined by a licensed veterinarian, receive a clean bill of health, and complete a deworming protocol.
​
3. Health & Veterinary Care (Buyer)
• Buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 7 days of receiving the puppy.
• A written health certificate must be provided to the seller.
• Buyer is responsible for all veterinary costs and medications.
• Contract becomes effective once the seller confirms receipt of the health certificate.
4. Warranty Period and Autopsy

If the puppy dies during the warranty period, the buyer must pay for an autopsy and submit the report.

5. Refund​

No refunds (partial or full) are offered.

Diagnosis and Confirmation
-
Conditions must be diagnosed within the warranty period and confirmed by two independent licensed veterinarians, with notice given within two business days.

6. The Warranty does not cover ​
-
Common bulldog-related issues such as cherry eye, entropion, loose hips, allergies, hernias, elongated soft palate, and collapsed nostrils.
-
Parasites, bacteria, viruses, giardia, autoimmune disorders, or environmentally related illnesses.
-
Injuries, blindness, deafness, or hearing issues.
-
The seller is not responsible for any medical or veterinary expenses.
7. Puppy Care and Buyer Responsibilities
-
The buyer agrees to follow veterinary vaccination and deworming schedules.
-
The puppy must be kept away from public areas, dog parks, public grass, pet stores, and vet floors until fully vaccinated and at least 16 weeks old.
-
The puppy must be supervised around water.
-
The buyer must provide proper nutrition, clean living conditions, fresh water, and a safe resting area.
-
The buyer assumes responsibility for preventing injury, loss, theft, neglect, or abuse and acknowledges risks associated with dog parks.
8. Return and Replacement Policy
-
For a replacement to be issued, the puppy must be returned to the seller or euthanized with prior seller approval.

The puppy must show no signs of neglect, abuse, breeding, or unauthorized euthanasia.
-
The buyer is responsible for all transportation costs.

9. Color Discaimer
-
Coat color is not guaranteed without genetic testing.
-
Puppies may lighten, darken, or develop new markings as they mature.
-
Color changes do not affect the sale or health warranty.

10. Legal Terms
-
This contract represents the complete agreement between the buyer and seller.
-
Any disputes will be governed by New York law, at the seller’s discretion.
-
If any part of the contract is deemed invalid, the remaining terms remain enforceable.
